Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Delivery costs are specified when ordering.
TYMAR reserves the right to cancel any order with a manifest price error.

Confirm the order
TYMAR reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:
Incomplete or incorrect information
Suspected fraud
Customer already having an ongoing dispute

7. Delivery
Deliveries are made on both sides of Cyprus and also to Istanbul and other cities in Turkey.
Estimated deadlines:
Girne: same day
Lefkosa: 24-48h
Other cities in Northern Cyprus: 24-72h
Nicosia in South Cyprus: 24-72h
Deadlines may vary in case of force majeure or logistical unforeseen events.
The customer must provide a correct address and a reachable number.
In case of absence or incorrect information, additional fees may apply.
8. RIGHT OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE
The customer has [ 24 hours] after receipt to report a problem.
Conditions:
Unused product
In its original packaging
With proof of purchase
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless TYMAR is mistaken.
Customized or opened products are not taken back or exchanged for special commercial reasons.
9. Liability
TYMAR cannot be held responsible:
Misuse of the product
A bad selection of the size of the product
Of a delay in delivery beyond his control
A misuse of the product
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
